The recruitment process
First, you must provide us with a job description. If you don’t have one already, a human resources professional from our team will visit your workplace and write it up.
Then, we will set up interviews with the candidates available in our database to make sure that they match the position and that they have the legal requirements to enter Canada.
You can then analyze the CVs that have passed our interview process and choose as many candidates as you need.
We then perform a criminal background check on the candidate and verify academic and professional references.
If the candidate passes our preselection process, they will be contacted to arrange one or more videoconference interviews with you.
Once the recruitment process is complete and you have chosen a candidate, we can begin the immigration process to bring the worker to Canada.
The immigration process
In the majority of cases, employers must submit a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) in order to hire a foreign worker. This involves filling out a long and complex form that includes information about your business and information about the foreign worker.
To make it easier, we’ve created a secure online form that you fill out with all the information we need to submit the LMIA. Since we take care of the worker’s legal procedures, you only have to provide us with your business’s basic information and we take care of the rest.
